A misfiled file, actually relating to the same proposal for Ringway 2 made at HLG 159/2183, and having no relevance to Parkway E except that the section of Ringway 2 in question adjoins it.

The single plan sheet held here is different to the one at HLG 159/2183 in terms of colouring and that it shows the GLC proposal as well, but there's no real need to see both files as they essentially show the same thing.
