Wasteoftime.jpg This file is a waste of time.
You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

It said "GLC motorway box" in the title so I had to get it out and look at it. I suggest that, if you are overcome by the same temptation, you resist it as far as possible. It is, literally, a file of correspondence with members of the public about Ringway 1 and contains a lot of green ink and not a lot else. There are, interestingly, a few letters of support scattered among the vitriol.

Contents of note

  • Accompanying correspondence with Goldsmith's College is an OS plan sheet of the Lewisham area, on which the line of the South Cross Route and New Cross Spur have been sketched in colour pencil. This appears to show - in rough, draft form - a layout for the interchange between the motorway and its spur.

People with camera copies

Chris Marshall has that New Cross plan, and nothing else, thanks.
